New Forest Holiday Cottage Facilities

New Forest Holiday Cottages

Farm Walks
We have some wonderful short walks around the farm that will take you past our sheep, cattle, horses and pigs. You can also stroll through our fields and ancient woodland, which in April and May is covered with bluebells. Wander a little further afield and there are glorious footpaths, which will take you through nearby Rockbourne with its wonderful pub or up into the rolling downs if you want to stretch your legs on a slightly longer journey.

The New Forest
The New Forest is only a 5 minute drive away and provides more than 140 miles of tracks, where you can enjoy easy walking and see thousands of free-roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle.

Cycling
There are miles of off-road tracks and low speed-limit roads, providing plenty of opportunities for both off road and road cycling, we can also provide cycle storage.

Horse Riding
Arniss Equestrian is only five minutes drive away and are a family owned business set in approximately 50 acres, situated in the village of Godshill on the edge of the New Forest National Park

Tennis
Please bring your own tennis rackets and tennis balls. There's also basketball hoop if you want to practice your game.

Groceries
If you are coming a long way and you'd like us to order in some groceries on your first day, just give us a shopping list by email and we'll be happy to see that everything's there for your arrival.
