Visitors agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Visitor's baggage, vehicles and their contents are the responsibility of their owners and the proprietors do not accept any liability for injuries and accidents occurred during occupancy.
Pets must not be left in the property unattended and are not allowed in the bedrooms.
Telephone bookings will be held provisionally for up to five days pending receipt of a deposit.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total cost is payable at time of booking.
Full payment must be made six weeks prior to the rental period.
Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person or pet, whose conduct is detrimental to the property.
No more than the maximum number of people stated for each cottage are allowed to stay in the property without the consent of the proprietors.
